Broadway Theatre League of Utica is proud to present "BAKE AND BROADWAY". A fun virtual class for the whole family. This event will be approximately 45 minutes long. Hosted by Registered Dietitian Hayley Mielnick. You will learn fun, healthy and easy snacks inspired by Beauty and the Beast, Lion King and Frozen. Enjoy some of your favorite songs from these hit musicals while learning to cook.
This event is great for the whole family, youth and even adults. All ages encouraged to participate.
Ovens are not required.
Zoom links will be sent 24 hours before the class.
Recipes cards will be sent prior to the start of the class so you are prepared. No food is included with the ticket price.

About Hayley: Hayley Mielnicki is a Registered Dietitian- Nutritionist living in Upstate New York. Currently employed at Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES and Utica City Schools as a School Dietitian creating the breakfast and lunch menus for 16 local districts. She was attracted to the field of dietetics through her passion for cooking, and was inspired by having grown up in a family that valued healthy eating and that supported local agriculture. After graduating from Johnson and Wales University, earning a degree in culinary nutrition with a concentration in dietetics in 2017, Hayley continued on to my Dietetic Internship at Syracuse University.
