Subscriber Benefits

When you become a subscriber you will have the best seats in the house; You will have the same seats for each show on the Night 1 or Night 2 performance; Via email, you will be the first to know about any theatre news, show additions or special subscriber events; In addition, you will receive the subscriber discount on all additional single tickets purchased! Platinum section is reserved for new subscribers. Call for additional details.

Cast and Crew Parties:

As a subscriber, you can join the cast and crew for a party after the first night’s performance of each of subscription series show. The cast parties are full of memories and have become a highlight for our members and the cast and crew of the touring shows. The cost is $120 for all 5-season shows (tax and gratuity included). Do you want to go to just one cast party, or bring an extra guest? No problem; the cost is only $30 per person, which includes hors d’oeuvres and an hour of complimentary beer, wine, and soda.

Seat Change Requests:

As a subscriber, you can submit a seat change request at the time of renewal within the allowed time frame. All renewals must be paid in full before the seat change request can be submitted. Seat change requests must follow the current seasons guidelines, pending availability. Subscribers are also allowed to exchange their seats within show nights pending availability and a $5.00 per ticket exchange fee. Seat exchanges are a priviledge and they are on a best available basis; No refunds or price adjustments are allowed.

Purchasing Additional Tickets:

As a subscriber, you will be able to buy additional tickets at a discounted price to any show before they go on sale to the general public. This allows you to purchase tickets as close to your season seats as possible. The discounted ticket rate is also available to you at any time in season. When purchasing additional or extra show tickets, please remember your subscriber seats may not be available for purchase; Subscribers have one week prior to general public on-sale to secure their seats on a first come, first serve basis. We always try to accommodate our subscribers the best we can.

Subscribers only may exchange tickets for another performance of the same show subject to availability. All exchanges are subject to a $5.00 per-ticket processing fee. No refunds or price adjustments allowed.

Unauthorized sale, resale, or attempted resale is illegal and may result in seizure and cancellation without compensation.

Ticket Exchange Subscribers only may exchange up to 48 hours before performance of the same show; $5 per ticket convenience fee; No exchanges are permitted on show day.

Discounts A valid ID must be presented at time of sale, no exceptions; A discount only applies to the individual ticket sale, not the total purchase; All discounts must be made in person; Senior is 65 and older.

No Re-Entry Please note that once you enter the Stanley Theater, there will be no re-entry allowed.
